SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship globally. All orders are prepared within 5 business days (from Monday to Friday) from the order date. Once your order has been prepared, we ship it via Post of Slovenia. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Please make sure you have provided a valid e-mail address during your purchase as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please also check your spam or junk e-mail folder.

Estimated Shipping times:

Domestic: 1 - 5 business days / 3, 50 eur

Europe: 5 - 10  business days / 7 eur

Rest of World: 7 - 21  business days / 7 eur

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Europe & Rest of World: once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order. Your package will be traceable throughout its journey using this link.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

This is a small independently run business so we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges once the item is shipped. However, if your item arrives damaged then please do get in touch and we will sort it out for you. In the unlikely case that you don’t receive your item within 21 days then please get in touched as well. Thank you for support and patience!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major International credit cards through Stripe; VISA / Delta / Visa Electron, MasterCard / EuroCard. All of our orders are processed through Stripe, a 100% secure online payment system. Stripe encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce. The payment is processed at time of purchase.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

When shopping from within the EU, all displayed prices include VAT. When shipping to non EU countries, please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply. Unfortunately we have no control here, therefore we do not offer any refund on these fees. Any duties or taxes charged at customs when sending internationally are the responsibility of the buyer.
